CONFDNT meets the legal requirements, but does not offer any superfluous additional gimmicks. If you are looking for manifold configuration options or numerous colorful dashboards - then CONFDNT is not the right choice.
INTUITIVE OPERATION
CONFDNT is simple and intuitive. CONFDNT is NOT a modular, complex compliance management system with countless functions for the compliance department of a large corporation. Training and solution consultants are not required. You can get started and do your job right away.
SIMPLE AND ANONYMOUS REPORTING
Entries can be made online, by e-mail or by telephone. Registration is not required. If desired by the whistleblower, reports can be made anonymously. The reports are then additionally alienated (punctuation, voice change).
CONFIDENTIAL DIALOGUE
If desired by the whistleblower, a confidential dialogue can be conducted online, via email or text message to obtain further information from the whistleblower and to provide feedback to the whistleblower.
RIGHTS AND ROLES
In order to ensure that only the responsible compliance manager has access to a report, rights and roles can be assigned to each branch and department.
